I hope you all enjoyed your break and you’ve settled back into the half term. Are you enjoying the new learning projects we’ve set up? I hope so!
We’re all feeling quite sad today because we were hoping to welcome some of you back to school.
Unfortunately the virus hasn’t quite reduced enough for us to open to more children, but we have everything crossed that we’ll see some of our Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 children very soon!
I hope some of you have watched the video we made to show you how school looks - It is a little bit different these days! We have lots of reminders around school to keep your distance and the classrooms have been set up to keep you safe too. When you eventually all return you have newly decorated classrooms which look very smart.
It seems like such a long time since we last saw you and we are all missing you. I hope that, now the rules have been relaxed a little bit, you have been able to get outside more and maybe even seen a friend on a walk or in a garden. Remember we still can’t go into one another’s houses and we can’t meet too many people – 6 at the most!
You’ll be glad to hear that Elsie is looking a lot better after her disastrous haircut. I’m sure she’ll blog again very soon to tell you what she’s been up to. She’s back in school and she is very giddy – actually she’s a little bit naughty. She seems to have forgotten all the school rules… I hope all of you won’t be the same when you come back!
Let’s hope the weather warms up and the sunshine returns soon.
Stay safe and well everyone.
